Items purchased from Wild Little Coyote (both online and in-person) can be exchanged for store credit only within 21 days of the original purchase date. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original, new condition. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
**All custom orders are final sale. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Standard repairs on all purchased jewelry (including custom items) are complimentary 90 days from the original purchase date. Please note, complimentary repairs excludes any and all damages caused by aggressive wear, abuse and/or misuse of pieces. All repairs are subject to additional material costs, repair and shipping fees.
All non-custom item online orders will ship within 5-7 standard business days. Thank you for understanding that handmade makes time! CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for delivery of domestic (US) custom orders. Individual custom order turnaround times will vary. Please reference custom item listings for the most accurate and up-to-date anticipated turnaround times. Expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders are available to select and purchase at checkout. P
**Complimentary shipping is included with all domestic (US) orders of $200+ via standard USPS shipping. This complimentary shipping option will include $200 of insurance coverage. Additional insurance coverage can be purchased for orders totaling over $200. International orders are shipped via standard, flat rate international shipping, unless otherwise requested. Standard international shipping includes a tracking number to follow along with your order and does not include any insurance, signature confirmation, or guaranteed delivery date. Additional insurance coverage and signature confirmation options are available for purchase for both domestic and international orders. Refunds will not be issued for any items that are delayed in transit via third-party delivery services.
Wild Little Coyote is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit with third-party delivery services. Insurance and signature confirmation options are available for you to purchase at check out on both domestic and international orders (this is highly recommended!). xo
